Warranty

Used Parts:

At Computify.in, we understand the importance of warranty coverage for our customers. Each product may have different warranties; some components may be out of warranty, while others may have remaining brand warranties. However, regardless of the warranty status, we provide a minimum of 30 days warranty on all products sold on our platform. The warranty details for each product are clearly mentioned in the product description. After the initial 30 days, if the product has remaining warranty from the manufacturer, you will need to claim it directly by visiting the respective brand's service center. We will assist you by providing necessary information regarding the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process.

 

Marketplace:

Upon delivery of the product, we provide a 48-hour inspection window. If the product is found to be faulty, damaged, missing items, or not in working condition within this timeframe, please report it to us immediately. Additionally, warranty coverage in the marketplace varies from product to product. Some products may have remaining brand warranty, while others may be out of warranty. Please refer to the product description for specific warranty details.

 

Mini PCs:

For Mini PCs purchased from Computify.in, we offer a comprehensive warranty package. This includes a 5-year warranty on SSDs, a 3-year warranty on RAM, a 1-year warranty on the processor, and a 1-year warranty on the entire unit and power adaptor. Should you encounter any issues during the warranty period, simply contact us, and we will arrange for a free doorstep pickup of your product and provide you with a replacement unit.

 

New Pre-Built PCs:

For New Pre-Built PCs, the brand will provide warranty coverage. You can visit the brand's service center nearest to you to claim warranty services. Additionally, if the PC is dead on arrival or if any items are missing, you can contact our customer care team for assistance. We are always here to help you resolve any issues promptly.
