The Marketplace is a section where users can list their used PC parts like graphics cards, processors, RAM, SSDs, and more. Computify.in acts as a trusted middleman to ensure smooth and secure transactions.

We don’t buy parts directly. Computify.in is a P2P marketplace, which means we help you sell your PC part to a real buyer instead of offering a flat buyback price.

You get better value and market price, and we handle everything — listing, pickup, testing, shipping, and secure payment after delivery.

We charge a small 12% fee only if the sale is successful. Much better than those lowball offers, right?

Products in the Marketplace are mostly used while some are open box or in seal pack condition. Sellers provide the condition, and all listings are manually reviewed by our team.

Once you place the order, we arrange a pickup from the seller and deliver the item to Computify.in. Our team tests and verifies the product before shipping it to you.

The 12% fee we charge is only taken after a successful sale and covers:

9% Platform Fee: for listing, marketing, handling buyer queries, and support

3% Payment Processing Fee: for secure payment handling via Razorpay

You pay nothing upfront. We deduct this from the final selling price or add on top of selling price (as per your preference)

The buyer pays for shipping during checkout.

The seller is paid only after the product is tested, shipped, and successfully delivered to the buyer.

Since the products are sold by individual sellers, we do not provide a warranty. However, our team ensures the part is working and tested before dispatching it to the buyer.

Yes! Just fill out our seller form. Once approved, your product will be listed in the Marketplace and we’ll handle the rest.

You will receive a purchase invoice from Computify.in with every order. If available, the original product invoice may also be provided. However, as these are second-hand products, GST input credit cannot be claimed.

We don’t offer direct exchanges at the moment.

However, you can list your part on the marketplace, sell it, and then use the payment to buy another part from our site.

Thanks for your interest! Currently, we don’t list full PC builds because shipping complete systems is risky and prone to damage.

Instead, you can list individual parts like GPU, CPU, RAM, SSD, motherboard, etc. (excluding the cabinet) — it’s safer, easier to pack, and more likely to sell.

It depends on the product, price, and demand.

Popular parts like GPUs and CPUs usually sell within 3–10 days, while others might take longer. We’ll keep your listing live until it sells and actively share it with interested buyers.

COD is not available for marketplace orders.

Since these are user-listed products, we first verify and test them before shipping, so we only accept online payments via UPI, cards, wallets, or bank transfer.

In rare cases where the product fails after delivery, reach out to our support team immediately. We will try to resolve it based on our return and support policy for Marketplace transactions.

Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via SMS or email to track your delivery in real time.
