Returns & Refund Policy

Overview

At Computify, we want every transaction to be smooth and trustworthy. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

 

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the product has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

If a cancellation request is raised by the customer before dispatch due to reasons such as buyer's remorse, no longer needing the product, finding the product elsewhere at a different price, accidental order placement, or any other customer-initiated reason, a cancellation fee of 3% of the total order value will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers payment gateway, transaction processing, and administrative costs incurred during order processing.

If the cancellation is due to an issue caused by Computify (such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or inability to fulfill the order), no cancellation charges will apply and a full refund will be issued.

 

Marketplace Products (Used PC Parts)

All marketplace products — used GPUs, CPUs, motherboards, RAM, SSDs, and other PC components sold by third-party sellers — come with a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

 

Computify Sold Products (Mini PCs, Processors & more)

Products sold directly by Computify come with a 5-year replacement warranty. If the product turns out to be faulty, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, the 5-year replacement warranty applies — we will replace the faulty unit at no extra cost.

 

Return & Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a return or refund request within 30 days of delivery if the product is faulty or defective, the product is Dead on Arrival (DOA), the wrong item was received, or the item is physically damaged on arrival.

Important: To claim any missing item or physical damage during delivery, a complete uncut unboxing video is mandatory. This video must clearly show the package being opened from start to finish. Claims without this video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

 

Returns or Refunds Will Not Be Accepted If

You changed your mind or no longer need the product, you do not like the product (buyer's remorse), the product is incompatible with your PC or setup, the product is physically damaged, liquid damaged, or burned due to misuse, mishandling, or faulty power supply, or the product shows signs of tampering or has been modified.

 

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed either to the original payment method or via UPI/Bank Transfer, based on the case. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval and processing.
