At Computify, we handle all logistics end-to-end,  from picking up the component from the seller to delivering it to the buyer.

Our Courier Partners

We ship pan-India via Delhivery, Trackon, and DTDC. The courier assigned to your order depends on your location and serviceability.

 

For Buyers

You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched. Track your order anytime at tracking.computify.in using your order ID or phone number.

Shipping charges, we offer free shipping all over india.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders are prepaid.

 

For Sellers

Once your listing is approved, we arrange a pan-India pickup from your location. You don't need to drop off anywhere — our logistics partner picks up from your door. Please pack the component securely and paste the given awb number or shipping label on package before the pickup agent arrives.

 

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will investigate and resolve it under our 30-day warranty policy.

 

Liability Disclaimer

Computify is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to products during transit. Once the order is handed over to our courier partner, it is subject to the courier's terms and conditions. We recommend buyers to inspect the package at the time of delivery and raise any concerns immediately.
