Yes, Computify.in is a trusted platform for buying PC components and computers. We prioritize transparency, security, and customer satisfaction in every transaction.

Are your graphics cards previously used for mining?  

We may not always have detailed usage history for each GPU (such as whether it was used for mining or gaming). However, every graphics card is thoroughly stress-tested and verified to be in good working condition before being sold. Only components that meet our quality standards are listed.

Do used products come with a warranty?

Yes, all used PC components come with a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery. If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not working, we will provide a full refund or replacement (some pc parts have remaining brand warranty left and you can claim that from brand)

Will I receive a GST invoice?

You will receive a purchase invoice from Computify.in with every order. If available, the original product invoice may also be provided. However, as these are second-hand products, GST input credit cannot be claimed.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Returns are only accepted under specific conditions such as receiving the wrong product, a product that is dead on arrival, or a faulty item. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Valid return claims are handled promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

How do I claim warranty service for my Mini PC?

If you encounter any issues covered under warranty, simply contact our customer care team. We provide hassle-free warranty service, including free doorstep pickup and replacement, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Do I get the GST bill on my purchase?

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is Free For Prepaid Orders and for COD it Varies and automatically calculated at checkout depending on the amount, size and weight of the items of your purchase and your shipping address.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We deliver across India within 3–6 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and accessibility of your address.

What is the order processing time?

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

FAQs for Cash On Delivery (COD) & Partial Payment of Shipping Charges

Cash On Delivery (COD) Available?

Yes, We Offer Cash on Delivery (COD) upto Orders of ₹50,000/- and eligibility is displayed during the checkout process. If COD is available for your order, you'll need to pay the shipping charges in advance (read more about cod here)

What is Partial Payment in COD?

Partial Payment means splitting your payment into two parts:

Advance Payment of Shipping charges (e.g., ₹399) paid at checkout.

Balance Payment: The remaining product amount (e.g., ₹10,000) paid in cash at time delivery to Delivery Guy.

Why do I have to pay shipping charges in advance?

We ask for a small upfront payment (shipping fee) to ensure genuine orders and cover logistics costs in case of cancellations or refusals at delivery

Is the advance shipping payment refundable?

Yes, if the order is not yet dispatched and you cancel it.

No, once the order is dispatched, the advance shipping fee becomes non-refundable.

How do I make the advance payment for COD orders?

At checkout, you'll be directed to pay the shipping fee via UPI, card, or net banking. The rest of the payment will be collected during delivery.

What happens if I refuse to accept the order at delivery?

If you refuse the order after it has been dispatched, the advance shipping fee will not be refunded.
