Q. What is the Marketplace?
Computify.in Marketplace is a platform where people all over India can list their used PC parts like GPUs, CPUs, RAM and more. Buyers get verified, tested hardware and sellers get fair prices with a smooth and secure process.
Q. How does the Marketplace work for sellers?
You list your PC part by filling out our simple form with details, clear images and a stress test or working video. We put it live on our site for buyers to see. When someone places an order, we pick it up from you, test it at our facility and ship it to the buyer if everything checks out. You get paid the agreed amount minus our 15% platform fee — on the same day we receive and test it if it’s a prepaid order, or within 2 days after delivery if it’s a COD order.
Q. How do I sell my PC part?
Just fill out our listing form with your product details, photos and stress test video. We’ll handle the rest — finding a buyer, arranging pickup, testing and delivery. You get paid once it’s verified and sold.
Q. Can I sell my full PC?
No, we don’t list full PC builds because shipping a cabinet has a high risk of damage in transit. You can list all parts individually except the cabinet.
Q. How much is the platform fee?
We charge a 15% platform fee on each sale. This covers our testing process, payment security and running the marketplace smoothly.
Q. Do I need to pay for pickup?
No, pickup is free. Once your product sells, we arrange a doorstep pickup with our trusted courier partners.
Q. How do you pick up my product?
Once an order is placed, we schedule a doorstep pickup. Just pack your product securely and hand it over to the courier. We handle the rest.
Q. How do I pack the product?
Use bubble wrap and the original box if you have it. Make sure the product is cushioned well from all sides so it doesn’t move around inside the box. Good packing helps prevent damage during shipping.
Q. I don’t have the original packaging. How should I pack?
No worries. Use plenty of bubble wrap or foam to cover the product completely. Place it in a sturdy box that isn’t too big, fill any gaps with newspaper or extra cushioning so there’s no movement inside. Seal it well with tape.
Q. How much time will it take to sell my product?
There’s no fixed time — it depends on demand, price and condition. Some parts sell within days, some may take a few weeks. Good photos, a clear stress test video and fair pricing help it sell faster.
Q. How much time will it take to complete the deal?
On average, it takes 7 to 14 days from listing to final delivery and payout. This includes pickup, testing, shipping to the buyer and payment processing.
Q. When will I get my money?
You’ll receive your payout on the same day we test your product if the buyer placed a prepaid order. For COD orders, you get paid within 2 days after the buyer receives the product.
Q. What if I sell my product elsewhere?
If you sell your product somewhere else after listing it on Computify.in, please inform us immediately so we can remove it from our marketplace.
Q. Do you buy directly?
No, we don’t buy parts upfront. Computify.in is a marketplace — you list your PC parts, we find a buyer for you and handle pickup, testing and delivery. You get paid after it’s sold and verified.
Q. Can I sell a non-working product?
No, we only accept fully working products. Every item is stress tested before it’s listed and shipped.

Yes, you’ll get a receipt with your details such as name, address, email and the amount your product sold for.

Q. What is Computify.in Marketplace?
Computify.in is a trusted marketplace for buying quality used PC parts and electronics from real sellers across India. We test and verify every product so you get what you paid for in working condition.
Q. How does the marketplace process work for buyers?
You place an order for the PC part you like. If the product is under ₹5,000, it may be shipped directly from the seller to you. For items above ₹5,000, we first pick it up from the seller, bring it to our warehouse, test and inspect it, then ship it to you once everything checks out.
Q. Are the products tested before shipping?
Yes, every marketplace product above ₹5,000 is fully stress tested and inspected at our facility before shipping. This ensures you get a genuine working product.
Q. Can the product be shipped directly from the seller to me?
Yes, for products under ₹5,000 we sometimes ship directly from the seller to you. For higher-value items, we always test them at our warehouse first to ensure quality.
Q. Are the graphics cards used for mining?
We buy parts from sellers across India so it’s not always possible to know exactly how a part was used before. However, every graphics card is fully stress tested and checked for performance before it’s shipped. You’re also covered under our 7-day testing warranty.
Q. Is the thermal paste on graphics cards repasted by Computify.in?
When we test a graphics card, we check its temperatures. If it’s overheating or crossing safe limits, we clean it and apply fresh high-quality thermal paste like Arctic MX-4. If you prefer we don’t repaste, we always confirm with you first.
Q. Do you test the products yourself?
Yes, all products above ₹5,000 are tested by our in-house team. This includes stress tests, checks for defects and overall condition.
Q. What happens if I receive a faulty product?
You’re covered under our 7-day testing warranty. Just let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a return, replacement if possible, or a full refund.
Q. How long does delivery take?
Once you place your order, we pick up the product from the seller, test it and ship it to you. This usually takes 7 to 10 days.
Q. Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to ₹20,000. For COD orders, a 2% fee applies as charged by our courier partners for cash handling.
Q. Why is there a 2% extra charge for COD?
This is not charged by Computify.in. Our courier partners collect this fee for handling cash payments. You can avoid this by choosing prepaid payment.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it hasn’t been picked up or shipped yet. Once it’s picked up or shipped, cancellation isn’t possible. If you need help, just reach out to us.
Q. Will I get a GST bill and can I claim GST input?
No, for second-hand goods we don’t charge GST and you can’t claim input credit. You will receive a purchase invoice from us for your records.
Q. Can I pick up my order from your store?
No, we don’t offer in-person pickups at this time. All orders are shipped to your doorstep after testing and inspection.

Returns are only accepted if you receive the wrong product, a product that is dead on arrival, or a faulty item. We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind. If there’s a valid issue, we handle returns quickly to keep your experience smooth.

Q. What warranty do I get on a graphics card purchase?
Every graphics card comes with a 30-day testing warranty from Computify.in. If a card has remaining brand warranty, you can also claim that directly with the brand’s service center. Our 30-day warranty covers defects and unexpected failures for your peace of mind.
Q. Will I get a GST invoice for my GPU?
You’ll receive a purchase invoice from Computify.in with your order. However, since the product is second-hand, GST input credit cannot be claimed.

Processors (CPU) FAQ
Q. What is the condition of the processors sold by Computify.in?
All processors (CPUs) listed on Computify.in are second-hand but thoroughly tested and verified to ensure they perform like new. We check for physical condition, pins, and performance benchmarks before selling.
Q. Do CPUs come with a warranty?
Yes, every processor purchased from Computify.in comes with a 3-year warranty. This covers any functional issues that may arise during normal use.
Q. How long does it take to receive my processor?
After you place your order, the processor is tested (if not already in stock), carefully packed, and shipped to your address. You can expect delivery within 3–5 days after dispatch.
Q. Will I get a GST invoice for my processor?

Our courier partners charge a cash handling fee for collecting payments in cash. This fee is 2% of your order value and is added to your total if you choose COD. To avoid this extra cost, you can always place a prepaid order.
Q. Can I pay COD for high-value orders?
No, COD is only available for orders up to ₹20,000. For orders above this amount, full payment must be made online when you place your order.
