What is the Computify.in Marketplace?
The Marketplace is a section where users can list their used PC parts like graphics cards, processors, RAM, SSDs, and more. Computify.in acts as a trusted middleman to ensure smooth and secure transactions.
How do I place an order for a Marketplace product?
Click the "Inquire on WhatsApp" button on the product page. We’ll assist you directly and share a secure payment link powered by Razorpay. You can pay using UPI, credit/debit cards, or wallets.
Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for Marketplace products.
Are these products new or used?
Products in the Marketplace are mostly used while some are open box or in seal pack condition. Sellers provide the condition, and all listings are manually reviewed by our team.
Who handles shipping and testing?
Once you place the order, we arrange a pickup from the seller and deliver the item to Computify.in. Our team tests and verifies the product before shipping it to you.
How much is the platform fee?
After delivery and buyer confirmation, seller receives payment minus 12% total service fee (3% payment processing fee + 9% platform fee)
Who pays for shipping?
The buyer pays for shipping during checkout.
When is the seller paid?
The seller is paid only after the product is tested, shipped, and successfully delivered to the buyer.
Is there a warranty on Marketplace products?
Since the products are sold by individual sellers, we do not provide a warranty. However, our team ensures the part is working and tested before dispatching it to the buyer.
Can I sell my used PC parts on Computify.in?
Yes! Just fill out our seller form. Once approved, your product will be listed in the Marketplace and we’ll handle the rest.
Will I receive a GST invoice?
You will receive a purchase invoice from Computify.in with every order. If available, the original product invoice may also be provided. However, as these are second-hand products, GST input credit cannot be claimed.
What if the product doesn't work after I receive it?
In rare cases where the product fails after delivery, reach out to our support team immediately. We will try to resolve it based on our return and support policy for Marketplace transactions.
Will I get a tracking number after placing an order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via SMS or email to track your delivery in real time.
