What is Pre-order?
GPU pre-order allows you to reserve a graphics card before stock becomes publicly available on the website.
How it works?
Once you place a pre-order, our team immediately starts sourcing your GPU. Your order gets priority allocation once stock is available.
How much do I have to pay for pre-order?
You have to pay the full amount to confirm and reserve your GPU pre-order.
Will I get used or new GPU?
You will get used GPU only with 30 days warranty from our side.
Do these GPUs come with warranty?
Yes, all graphics cards come with 30 Days warranty from Computify.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, credit/debit Cards, Net Banking and selected wallet payments.
What if brand warranty is still left?
If official brand warranty is available on the GPU, it will also be provided along with the product.
Do you provide Cash on Delivery for pre-orders?
No COD is not available.
How will I know when my GPU is sourced?
Our team will contact you through WhatsApp, email, or phone once it is sourced.
Why should I pre-order instead of waiting for stock?
Popular GPUs often sell out quickly. Pre-order helps secure your GPU before public availability.
How much time does it take?
Most pre-orders are sourced within 30 days depending on GPU availability and sourcing conditions.
What if we fail in sourcing the GPU?
If we are unable to source your graphics card within 30 days, you will receive a 100% refund.
Note: If you wish to cancel the pre-order within 30 days, a 4% cancellation charge will be applied.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes, cancellation requests can be made before the GPU is sourced or shipped. A 4% cancellation fee applies if cancelled within the 30-day sourcing period.
